Practitioners will be able to support children, families and colleagues as they return to the setting and manage the changes they may experience

Target Group: All Early Years practitioners
Pre-course Information
A brand new session focusing on understanding transitions, resilience and emotional well-being.
The training will be delivered online - joining instructions will be sent prior to the date of the training.

This training is fully funded by Oxfordshire Early Years. However, if you book a place but do not attend the session, and have not cancelled your place via Oxfordshire CPD Online within 48 hours of the start of the training, you will be charged £10.
Objectives

By the end of the training participants will be able to:



  • Explore the effects transitions can have on young children and their behaviour and reflect on how this could impact your practice

  • Analyse how the environment and planning can support the emotional well-being of young children in your setting and identify how to apply this to your practice

  • Consider ways you can support children and staff to develop resilience
