Objectives
By the end of the training participants will be able to:
- Accurately assess their own provision and identify key actions for improvement with reference to the current Early Years Inspection Handbook
- Provide effective support and supervision for their staff team and competently monitor daily provision and practice
- Accurately assess children's progress, including tracking of groups and effective use of Early Years Pupil Premium
- Provide up-to-date guidance to staff in the areas of safeguarding (including Prevent and British Values); key person; quality interactions; partnership with parents; engaging learning environments; healthy living and behaviour management.
