Target group - Teachers and teaching assistants working in schools, from Reception upwards.
Cost: Free of charge. This course is fully funded by Oxfordshire Early Years.
A session for practitioners to focus on their well-being and to reflect on their skills and ways they effectively support the well-being of those around them (children, families and colleagues)
* identify the ways you support the well-being of others and reflect on the impact this can have on yourself
* Try out a few techniques to support personal well-being and discuss the benefits and drawbacks
* Reflect n the skills you bring to the role that make you effective at supporting well-being and identify areas of further development
